Day Camp Signup

Please submit a registration for every person who will be attending Day Camp. This includes one for each scout, sibling and adult.

In addition to the registration, a health form must be completed, printed, signed, and turned in for every person attending. Payments can be submitted to the event coordinator, or paid on our pack store.
Please click HERE to complete and print out a medical form.
If preferred, a paper form can be completed and turned into the event coordinator in lieu of completing the web form. Paper applications can be found here: Scout, Adult Volunteer, Sibling, Youth Volunteer .
